CreditDigital offers a technology solution which connects consumers with Businesses and Lenders at the point of sale. We do not offer products or loans directly to consumers. Products purchased from our Business partners are subject to further terms and conditions that should be defined by that Business. This should include your statutory right to cancellation and a refund. The finance you receive is from the Lender, not CreditDigital. You will receive a consumer finance agreement from the lender and should refer to this for the terms and conditions of your loan and repayment.
